Montreal, August 4, 2017 – Systematix proudly announces having officially obtained its ISO 9001:2015 certification. Systematix has the ISO certification since 1995, but had to renew it this year. Internationally renowned, ISO standards guaranty clients a maximum quality level for every management process.
“We are very happy to have achieved this transition with great success,” pointed out Mr. Jean-Pierre Martin, Associate Partner and Quality Director at Systematix. “We are especially proud to have obtained the certification on our first attempt, with a grade well above average, according to our external auditor,” he added.
The challenge for Systematix was to go from ISO 2008 to ISO 2015 standards. This new revision is more precise when it comes to the context under which the organization operates and to the requirements and expectations of the parties involved. It also allows to better assign quality responsibilities to every employee, while targeting, more particularly, risk management and performance measurement.
Systematix has adopted a governance model based on recognized business practices to ensure the company’s longevity. This model allows Systematix to achieve important corporate strategic objectives, such as:
• Deliver high quality consulting services to its clients;
• Manage its personnel with respect;
• Maintain a very desirable financial health.
ISO certification is both a demonstration and a guide for our commitment towards total quality.
