Intermediate change control coordinator

Systematix is looking for an Intermediate change control coordinator. The mandate is for a duration of +6 months. The ideal candidate possesses the following skillset and experience:
 
  • Familiar with Jira issue tracking system;
  • Knowledge of SAP Change Request Management (Charm);
  • Experience with other technology stacks (i.e., JAVA and .NET);
  • Experience with source code versioning tools such as Git and SVN;
  • Experience with the delivery of source code using tools in forms of shell scripting, Maven, Ant, python, bash and use of Jenkins build server;
  • Basic understanding of a SAP Landscapes, Products and add-ons;
  • Basic understanding of the transport route and SAP promotion process as well, how to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Facilitate release planning meetings with project stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of release packages, and to define deployment strategies
  • Define and document release strategies, deployment schedules, project deliverables, cut over and roll back plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks the release strategy and schedule
  • Support the SWE delivery team by monitoring releases as they progress through development, test, and phases and proactively engage stakeholders
  • Document and communicate release notes which are published to both the internal team and the client
  • Participate in change management activities (CABs) and deployment planning meetings to ensure on time and controlled delivery of a release
